I have been drinking Lyte-Tail for about a month. My blood sugar which averages around 154 is down to 126. I have a continuous glucose monitor which makes it easy to track.
Because Lyte-Tail tastes great, it's easy to eat less or skip a meal. Instead of reaching for a snack, I just open a stick and pour it into a glass of water.

After using this product for the past approximately three weeks, I can honestly say that all of my energy levels are higher. My sleep is better. My caffeine intake is lower. My workouts have improved both from a strength and endurance standpoint.
I have tried drinking the entire drink all at once 3 to 4 times per day, which has worked great. I have also tried sipping it throughout the day in a 30 ounce container with three stick packs as well that has also worked out just fine. The flavor profile it offers is fantastic and does not get old, the citrus flavors come through wonderfully.
This is something that I would recommend not only to my clients but my family members as well.
