Replacements & refunds
We stand behind our products and our brand.
If you need to cancel an order before it ships, contact us via our website, messenger or phone and we’ll help you out.
If you receive an incorrect product, it’s damaged in transit or otherwise defective, please contact us. We’ll happily expedite a replacement or refund your order.
If you purchased the wrong product, you no longer want it, or the results are not satisfactory, please contact us. We’ll happily refund your first package of that product including the shipping cost.
You must contact us within 100 days of your order for any replacements, refunds or returns.
Returns & restocking
If you order more than 2 items, we may require them to be returned via mail. Contact us via our website, messenger, or phone to get detailed instructions and a return label (if applicable).
You will not need to pay for return shipping in the USA. There is no restocking fee. Processing of returns may take up to 3 business days. Please note that we cannot accept the return of any open bottles or pouches.
Refund handling
Refunds are initiated within one business day (except in the case that a return is required). It can take the banking system up to 10 days to complete a refund. All refunds are made back to the same form of payment as the original purchase.
